Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - cut into small cubes
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - cut into small cubes
  • 1 Onion - quartered
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - crushed
  • 2 Cloves (Laung) - crushed
  • Salt - to taste

To begin making the Chicken & Bell Pepper Skewers, wash and sanitize the chicken thoroughly.To savor the chicken, in a mixing mixing bowl combine soy gravy, honey, ginger ground mix,  pineapple extract, olive fat. black peppercorns, cloves and seasoning. empty in the chicken pieces into it, toss together well and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.Combine cubed peppers and shallot chunks in a mixing bowl.
