  • 1/2 lb Pork belly slices
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Splash Fish Sauce

fluff up together rice ground mix, cornstarch, coconut dairy liquid, aqua, and turmeric in a container until seamless, then let rest for 15 moments—this hydrates the ground mix for better texture.

bring to temperature a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high bring to temperature (375°F) and toss in 1/2 tablespoon of produce fat.

Sauté pork belly slices for 3–4 moments until lightly browned, then push to one side of the skillet.

Repeat steps 2–8 with remaining paste and elements, adding fat as needed to prevent sticking.
