1 Carrot (Gajjar)
1 Potato (Aloo)
1 Beetroot
1 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) - crushed
1 tablespoon Ginger - grated
1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 pinch Kala jeera
2 Dry Red Chillies
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - crushed
1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
3 Whole Black Peppercorns
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
4 tablespoon Corn flour
Sunflower Oil - to deep fry
Instructions

To begin making Kolkata Style veggie Chop directions, fiery up a kadai and dehydrated-fry the dehydrated spices (fennel, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, dehydrated red chili, black peppercorn, kalonji), let them cool down and grind to dusting masala condiment.

Keep aside.skin the vegetables, wash them well and cut into big chunks.

To know whether it is done or not take a little veggie combine in your hand and try to make a ball, if you can make a nice round ball without sticking the vegetables to your hand then the combine is perfectly done.]Make small balls with the mixture.

The size and shape depends on individuals choice, I did a cylindrical shape.Make a thin paste by mixing aqua and corn baking flour.

Dip the veggie balls in the paste and roll them in bread crumbs.Repeat the process.
