2 Cucumber - peel & cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder

Separate the onions rings from each other.Next strip the cucumbers and shred vertically, and then cut into thin strips to appear like noodles. In a mixing container, toss the cucumber strips and the onions together.
