  • 2 Potatoes (Aloo) - sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
  • 4 Green Chillies - cut lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin the Lau Er Khosha Bhaja formula, first pare the bottle gourd and cut the pare very thin.
