  • 500 grams Tindora (Dondakaya/ Kovakkai) - sliced spherically
  • 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) - roughly crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt - to taste
