Ingredients
1 potato - peel and chop
2 carrots - red
3 eggplants - chopped
3/4 cup green gram
10 avrekalu - cut
5 plum - wash and remove stem
2 green chillies - finely chopped
1 large Spoon peanut powder - bake
1 tablespoon sesame powder - bake
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon goda masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
1/4 teaspoon Teaspoon turmeric powder
salt - as per taste
coriander leaves - little
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions

To make Bhogichi Bhaji, first mildly hot fat in a wok.

introduce mustard seeds, sesame seeds and let it prepare for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, introduce green chili, asafoetida, goda masala and turmeric dusting masala condiment.

After crafting for 1 minute, introduce potatoes, green gram and avarakalu to it.

combine well and introduce seasoning, some moisture to it.

combine again, seal the wok and let it prepare for 10 to 12 moments.

Now introduce brinjals, carrots and combine it.

introduce 1 to 2 tablespoons of moisture and prepare the saree till the veggie is cooked.

After the vegetables are cooked, introduce plum, sesame dusting masala condiment, peanut dusting masala condiment and let it prepare for 2 to 3 moments.

After crafting introduce lemon liquid and accentuate with green coriander.
