  • 1 cup Green peas (Matar)
  • 2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ghee - for cooking
