Ingredients
800g Mulukhiyah
1 chopped Onion
300g Beef
1 tsp Salt
1 Litre Water
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Instructions

Saute the onions in the 3-4 tablespoons olive fat
transfer in the beef cubes or the chicken cutlets, sear for 3-4 min on each side
transfer in 1 liter of liquid or just enough to wrap the protein
char over medium bring to temperature until the protein is done (I usually do this in the pressure cooker and press them for 5 min)
transfer in the frozen mulukhyia and mix gently until it thaws completely and then comes to a heat to boiling point
In another cooking vessel transfer in the 1/4 to 1/2 cup of olive fat and the cloves of garlic and char over medium low bring to temperature until you can smell the garlic (donβt brown it, it will become sharp)
transfer in the fat and garlic to the mulukhyia and lower the bring to temperature and stew for 5-10 mins
transfer in table salt to palate
present with a generous amount of lemon nectar.
