1 Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 cup Button mushrooms - quatered
1 Carrot (Gajjar) - sliced diagonally
1 cup Green beans (French Beans) - sliced about to 2 inch
1 cup Baby corn - diagonally sliced
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1/4 cup Fresh cream
Salt and Pepper - to taste
Sunflower Oil
1 cup Cooked rice
1 Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
1/2 cup Green peas (Matar)
1 teaspoon Sugar
6 sprig Fresh oregano
3 tablespoon Butter

To begin making the Mushroom Stroganoff formula, keep all the elements ready and set for making the dish.bring to temperature a skillet with fat, toss in bulb greens and garlic and saute till they turn soft and translucent.toss in in carrot and saute for a while, dust some table salt so that the preparing process gets faster.toss in green beans and baby corn, saute till they turn soft.

Once that is over you can toss in mushroom and prepare till the liquid is all evaporated.toss in 1 cup of liquid and allow it to bubble for atleast 20 mins so that the vegetables are nicely cooked and the taste also goes into the waterAdd crisp heavy cream, dried herbs, table salt and pepper and bring it to a bubble.

Allow It to thicken a little.Now we will move ahead to make the herbed rice, bring to temperature a kadai with margarine, toss in garlic and onions and saute till they soften.toss in in a teaspoon of granulated sugar and saute till they turn nice and brown.

Once the onions are caramelized you can toss in green peas and saute for 2 mins.toss in cooked rice, crisp oregano and table salt toss the rice well.To enjoy place the herbed rice on to your serving plate and stream in some of the mushroom stroganoff on to the side and enjoy toasty.enjoy the Mushroom Stroganoff formula along with some herbed rice, crisp Garden Salad and a Apple And Ginger Cocktail formula by the side to enjoy your Sunday brunch.
