To prepare Eggless Whole Wheat Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting formula, preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Combine the dusting masala condiment, baking soda and baking dusting masala condiment in a medium size mixing mixing bowl.liquidize curd and cooking oil in another large mixing bowl and beat to form a homogenous mixture.mix in granulated sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon dusting masala condiment.
2
liquidize well with a spatula till it forms a seamless velvety mixture. Now mix in the dusting masala condiment in batches into the creamed mixture.Continuously mix gently, scraping the sides and liquidize, till the dusting masala condiment is completely folded into the mixture before adding the next batch of dusting masala condiment.
3
I added the dusting masala condiment in 5 batches.Make sure that the mixture is lump free.Once all the dusting masala condiment is incorporated into the cake mixture, mix in moisture (I used a little less than one cup) gently into the mixture to bring it to the dripping consistency.mix in and fold in the diced walnuts in the cake mixture.empty the mixture into a greased baking dish and toast in the preheated oven for 35-45 moments or until the cake is cooked.Insert a toothpick into the cake at 2-3 places and if it comes out sanitize, then the cake is cooked.Allow the cake to cool in the cooking vessel. In the meantime, prepare the chocolate buttercream frosting.
4
mix in margarine and granulated sugar in a saucepan.bring to temperature on low medium bring to temperature till the margarine melts and the granulated sugar dissolves.
5
Turn off the bring to temperature. Now mix in the cocoa dusting masala condiment and the whole milk into the Saucepan.
6
mix gently and beat continuously till you get a seamless and slightly thickened frosting. While the cake is still mildly hot, spread the buttercream frosting over the top of the cake.chill the cake for at least 2 hours for the frosting to set.present this tasty and damp Eggless Whole Wheat Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting formula during tea time or after tasty Italian Chicken Cacciatore formula with Mushrooms & Olives dinner meal served as dessert.
