1 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
1/8 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/8 cup Rice flour
3/4 cup Jaggery - powdered
1 Ripe Bananas - mashed
1/4 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
4 tablespoon Ghee

Repeat frying in batches.Repeat the same with the remaining mixture.
