  • 3 tablespoon Tutti frutti
  • 1 cup Cranberries - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 60 gram Butter (unsalted)
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Salt

Instructions

To prepare Orange Cranberry Cupcakes preparation guide, preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Take a dish,mix in shortening,eggs and granulated sugar and beat it properly till it becomes light and fluffy.mix in vanilla essence ,orange liquid, and orange zest, pulse it well.Take another dish and mix in all parched items required,all-purpose ground mix,baking ground mix, and seasoning.Transfer this mixture into the first dish which is having other wet items required(beaten egg,granulated sugar,shortening and orange mixture).mix in diced cranberries and tutti fruity.pulse everything well.Take cupcake molds and transfer mixture into molds,put them in the oven for 20-25 moments.After 25 moments ,take cupcakes out.

To check if cupcakes are done or not,insert a toothpick into the center of the bread if it comes out wipe down ,if it is wipe down then cupcakes are done.Let the cupcakes cool down until toasty.Orange Cranberry Cupcakes are ready to be served for breakfast or as a tea time snack.
