  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 3 Onions - thinly sliced
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
  • Chaat Masala Powder - for sprinkling

Instructions

To begin making the cooking vessel Fried bulb greens Pakora method, first get all the elements together for making the pakora.In a large mixing container, mix in all the elements- besan, rice baking flour, onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, turmeric dusting fragrant element, red chili dusting fragrant element, ajwain, asafoetida, table salt , except the coat and the chaat masala into a large mixing container and combine them well.mix in very little aqua to make a thick paste.

Flip the pakoras around as you are preparing so it cooks evenly on all sides.Once done, place the cooking vessel Fried bulb greens Pakoras on a platter and present it along with a Tetley Lemon & Honey Green Tea and a favorite chutney like nectarous & well-seasoned Raw Mango Chutney, a Coriander Chutney, or a Moroccan Harissa gravy for a special twist.
