300ml Milk
1 tbls Sunflower Oil

Put the baking flour, eggs, whole milk, 1 tbsp cooking oil and a pinch of seasoning into a container or large jug, then fluff up to a even paste.

Set a medium frying pot or crêpe pot over a medium mildly hot and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.

When burning, low-boil your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them mildly hot in a low oven as you go.
