Put the ground mix, eggs, whole milk, 1 tbsp fat and a pinch of table salt into a container or large jug, then fluff up to a seamless paste.

Set a medium frying skillet or crêpe skillet over a medium burning up and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.

When burning, parched-fry your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them toasty in a low oven as you go.
