Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 250 grams cottage cheese - cut

  • 4 long garlic
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 small Teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 3 long
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp whole pepper
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • salt - as per taste
  • 4 sprig of mint - finely chopped
  • oil - as per use

Instructions

To make Paneer Biryani formula, first prepare all the items required.

Wash the rice 2-3 times with aqua and keep it aside.

In a mixer grinder, empty in garlic, ginger, green chilies and grind them.
