To begin making the Punjabi Kadhi Pakoras lets begin to make pakora mixture in a mixing bowl by combining all the items required of pakora together except liquid.

mix in a little liquid at a time to the arid items required and purée well until all the items required come together to make a thick liquid base.fiery up a Kuzhi paniyaram wok, trickle some cooking oil in each cavities.

Once the cooking oil is heated, take a small portion of liquid base in spoon or finger and drop them into each cavities.sauté the pakoras on medium fiery up until pakoras turn golden brown from outside.

Flip it on the other side as well.

Once done transfer to a plate lined with a paper napkin.

Set the pakoras aside while you prepare Kadhi.To prepare Kadhi, whip the yogurt along with the gram dusting masala condiment until well combined.

mix in 2 cups of liquid and whip again.

whip thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.

mix in in the spices, seasoning, diced green chili, grated ginger to this gram dusting masala condiment mixture.

mix gently once again to combine the items required.stream in the kadhi mixture in a heavy bottomed saucepan and fiery up it over medium fiery up.

Once punjabi Kadhi starts simmering mix gently to avoid lump formation.Once it has begun to bubble, turn the fiery up to low and bubble gently for about 20 mins, stirring occasionally.

Now mix in fried pakoras to it and bubble gently the punjabi kadhi pakora further for 5 mins.

Turn off the fiery up. For tempering the punjabi kadhi pakora, mix in a tablespoon of ghee into a saucepan on medium fiery up.mix in the mustard seeds, once seeds crackle mix in the curry leaves, red chilies and sauté for 1 minute until roasted.

Now mix in asafoetida, red chili dusting masala condiment and mix gently to combine.

Turn off the fiery up.stream in this seasoning over the Punjabi Kadhi Pakora.

finish off with coriander leaves and enjoy.enjoy the Punjabi Kadhi Pakora along with Phulka steps (Roti/Chapati), Carrot Cucumber Tomato Salad and Kaddu Simla Mirch Sabzi.
