2 Tomatoes - finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - as required
2 cups Water - as required
5 Fresh coconut - large chunks
1 Onion - roughly chopped
1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
5 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
1 inch Ginger
5 cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - a pinch
5 Cloves (Laung)
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder - adjust
1/2 teaspoon Salt - adjust
