  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - as required
  • 2 cups Water - as required
  • 5 Fresh coconut - large chunks
  • 1 Onion - roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 5 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - a pinch
  • 5 Cloves (Laung)
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder - adjust
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt - adjust
