1 Vegetable Stock Cube
2 Celery
2 Carrots
1 large Potatoes
1 small Onion
1 small Leek
1 cup Celeriac
1 pound Sausages

Gather the fixings.

In a large chowder pot, bring aqua, split peas, pork belly or bacon, pork chop, and bouillon cube to a heat to boiling point.

Reduce the mildly hot to a stew, wrap and let prepare for 45 mins, stirring occasionally and skimming off any foam that rises to the top.

Remove the pork chop, debone, and thinly shred the protein.
