  • 2 - 3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Red Chilli flakes - or paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Cheese - grated (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Nutralite Garlic & Oregano Spread

To begin making the fiery Indian Style Masala Frittata method, prepare all your vegetables by chopping them and keeping them ready to be used. Then, in a small dish, fluff up the eggs together with a tablespoon of dairy liquid, Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo till they are nice and frothy.
