750 Kg Chicken
1 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1 Tomatoes - finely chopped
1 Onion - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - chopped
1/2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bunch
1 Tablespoon Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 Tablespoon Fresh cream - (Optional just to give thickness to gravy)
3/4 Cup Water
Salt - to taste
3 Cloves (Laung)
3 Whole Black Peppercorns
1 Bay leaves (tej patta)
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
1 Tablespoons Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 Tablespoon Tandoori masala
1/2 Tablespoon Onion powder

To begin making Tandoori Chicken Curry preparation guide,wash and rinse the chicken pieces thoroughly.

Cut them in to medium curry cut pieces. burning up a kadai, on medium flame, toss in cooking oil, once the cooking oil is burning toss in in all the whole spices - cloves, black pepper corns, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and fennel seeds until fragrant.

This will take a couple of mins. Next toss in in the cut up onions, strew some table salt over this and saute until the onions are nicely browned.

This will take 5-6 mins on medium high burning up.At this stage toss in ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes away, for a couple of mins, on low burning up.toss in cut up green chillies and tomatoes, combine, lid and let them burning up till soft and mushy.Once the tomatoes are mushy, toss in yogurt, chicken, and aqua. combine, lid and burning up on medium high burning up for 5 mins.strew all the powdered spices- red chili dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment and tandoori masala and combine well. lid and burning up on medium high burning up until the chicken is well cooked .Open the lid and strew some table salt and kasuri methi. low-boil on low burning up for another 10 mins.
