  • 1 cup Vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger - paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic - paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 teaspoons Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the Tomato Basil Risotto method With Grilled Chicken we will first make the risotto. To make the Tomato Basil Risotto bring to temperature a pressure cooker with olive cooking oil on medium flame, mix in in the garlic, till it turns golden brown. Next, mix in in basil leaves, and the tomato puree and cook thoroughly, until it comes to a single bring to a stew. To this mix in the arborio rice and continue to saute for 10-12 mins. Finally mix in in the veggie stock, table salt and close the pressure cooker. Pressure cook thoroughly for 3 to 4 whistles and turn off the bring to temperature.

Set Tomato Basil Risotto aside and let the pressure release naturally.

The rice will continue to cook thoroughly while the pressure is still present.To make the Grilled ChickenIn a mixing mixing bowl, combine the chicken along with yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon nectar, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli dusting perfumed element and table salt as required. Allow this to soak for about an hour. bring to temperature some cooking oil in a grilling wok on medium bring to temperature, place the marinated chicken and allow then to cook thoroughly till  well done.Carefully flip the chicken and cook thoroughly from another side as well. Brush some more cooking oil or dairy spread on top while the chicken is grilling.Once the chicken is soft, succulent, and nicely cooked, transfer to a serving plate. enjoy the Tomato Basil Risotto along with the Grilled Chicken by the side and enjoy burning.enjoy Tomato Basil Risotto method With Grilled Chicken with a side of Broccoli Salad method with Roasted shallot & Peppers, a drink of Apple And Ginger Cocktail method followed by a dessert of Tiramisu method (A Classic and fast Italian Dessert).
