  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
  • 400g Chickpeas
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • Handful Parsley
  • 1 beaten Egg

step 1 mildly hot 1 tbsp cooking oil in a large cooking vessel, then sauté the bulb greens and garlic over a low mildly hot for 5 mins until softened.
