1 cup Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves) - washed and finely chopped
1 Tomato
1 Onion
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder

To begin making the Methi & Soya Chunks arid Sabzi formula , we need to soak the soya chunks in a mixing bowl of boiling fiery aqua for about 20 moments.After 20 moments, empty out the extra aqua and set it aside.
