Once done mix in the cinnamon, bay leaf, tomato puree, turmeric dusting seasoning, red chili dusting seasoning, coriander dusting seasoning and table salt to acidic profile.Bring the masala to a brisk bring to a bubble gently for 3 to 4 moments.After 4 moments mix in the roasted potatoes and bhindi in to the masala.agitate well to combine and bubble gently the aloo bhindi masala for 3 to 4 moments.Finally agitate in the kasuri methi.
