227g Clotted Cream
25g Butter
1 tsp Corn Flour
100g Parmesan Cheese
Grated Nutmeg
250g Fettuccine
Chopped Parsley

In a medium saucepan, agitate the clotted heavy cream, dairy spread and cornflour over a low-ish scalding up and bring to a low stew.

Turn off the scalding up and keep toasty.

Meanwhile, put the cheddar and nutmeg in a small dish and stream in in a good grinding of black pepper, then agitate everything together (donβt stream in in any table salt at this stage).

Put the pasta in another cooking vessel with 2 tsp table salt, stream in over some boiling moisture and make following pack directions (usually 3-4 mins).

When cooked, scoop some of the culinary preparation moisture into a heatproof jug or mug and empty out the pasta, but not too thoroughly.
