Ingredients
5 Fish fillet
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder - (adjust)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Black pepper powder - freshly ground to taste
1/2 Lemon - juiced
Salt - to taste
Coconut Oil - for shallow frying
Curry leaves - a few sprigs
Instructions

To begin making the Meen Varuthathu directions - Kerala Style Fish sauté, wash and sanitize the fish well.

Set aside for 30-40 mins.scalding up a frying skillet with the fat, introduce the curry leaves and allow to splutter for a few seconds.Once the curry leaves are spluttered, immediately introduce the fish fillets, and shallow sauté the fish till done and crisp on the outside.

Flip the fillet to even brown on the other side also.

Make sure to sauté the fish over medium low scalding up so that they crisp up.present Meen Varuthathu directions as an appetiser with Steamed Rice, Kerala Chicken Curry and Snake Gourd Thoran and Paruppu Podi.
