8 amla
6 small onions
10 bud garlic
2 green chillies
1/2 cup mint
1/2 cup coriander
salt - as per taste
1 tsp oil
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp rye
1/4 tsp urad dal
1/4 tsp chana dal
1 sprig curry leaves
10 cashew nuts
Instructions

To make Garlic Amla Chutney steps, first wash the amla, cut and remove the seeds.

Now wash the mint, green coriander and keep it aside.

Now mildly hot lubricate in a pot.

mix in small bulb greens, garlic and char the bulb greens after it becomes soft.

Now mix in amla, mint, green coriander and char it for 2 mins.

Turn off the gas.

Allow this mixture to cool.

empty this mixture in the mixer grinder with seasoning, a little moisture and make a paste.

Keep it separately.

For tempering, now mildly hot lubricate in a tempering pot.

mix in the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, cashews and char until cashew is light brown.

mix in this tempering to the chutney and toss together.
