Ingredients
150 grams Tofu - cubed
1 inch Ginger
3 Garlic - crushed
1 Carrot (Gajjar) - chopped
1/4 cup Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - whites
1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens - chopped
2 Green Chillies - chopped
1/4 cup Coconut milk
1/2 cup Vegetable stock
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Black pepper powder - according to your taste
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Sweet and Spicy Red Chilli Sauce (Tomato Chilli Sauce)
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Corn flour - dissolved in 2 tablespoon water
Instructions

To begin making Ginger Garlic Tofu curry, fiery up 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet.

mix in crushed ginger and garlic and bubble gently it till it turns golden brown.Once it is done, mix in cut up spring bulb veggie whites, greens and chilies into the skillet.

swirl around it well.mix in cut up carrot and whiz it properly.

mix in turmeric ground mix, tomato chili coulis and pepper ground mix.

make sure everything is mixed properly.mix in soya coulis, veggie stock and coconut dairy liquid and swirl around everything nicely.

lid the skillet and bubble gently it for about 10 moments.

mix in tofu cubes and seasoning according to your umami profile.

Let it bubble gently for about 10 moments more.mix in corn ground mix dissolved liquid and bubble gently for another 2 moments.

Switch off the fiery up and transfer it to a serving dish.
