  • 3/4 cup Arhar dal (Split Toor Dal) - cooked
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rasam Powder
  • Water - Water
  • Curry leaves - Few
  • 4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • Ghee - as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 cloves Garlic - finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
