Ingredients
2 cups Green beans (French Beans) - chopped into 1 inch sizes
Salt - as per taste
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
2 tablespoons Water
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 Dry Red Chilli
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
2 tablespoons Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
Instructions

To begin making Beans Poriyal With Peanuts & Sesame formula, in a pressure cooker, mix in the minced beans, table salt, 2 tablespoons moisture, swirl around well and make for 1 whistle. After the first whistle, release the pressure immediately by running it under cold moisture and keep aside.Place a wok on medium flame and arid toast sesame seeds and peanuts separately until they turn perfumed.

Cool completely and grind into a coarse dusting seasoning in a mixer.In the same wok, mix in one teaspoon oil on medium flame and mix in the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and arid red chilli.

Once the mustard seeds crackle, mix in the cooked beans and saute for about a minute.mix in red chilli dusting seasoning and the prepared sesame peanut seasoning swirl around and give a rapid swirl around.

Since the Beans Poriyal has already been cooked with table salt, there is no need for extra table salt.

But if you prefer, mix in a little more. Once done, turn off the bring to temperature.enjoy Green Beans Poriyal With Peanuts & Sesame formula with Thakkali Rasam formula and Mixed greens Sambar formula for a wholesome Tamil Nadu style meal.
