  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - crushed
  • 2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making Cauliflower and Red Bell Pepper mix gently pot-fry method, blanch the cauliflower florets in burning liquid along with little bit of table salt and turmeric dusting masala condiment, this helps to deworm.

Keep the blanched florets aside.toasty cooking oil in a Wide pot on a medium toasty, introduce all the masala condiment powders along with table salt and mix gently for 30 seconds.Now, introduce the blanched cauliflower florets and liquidize well.

Let it prepare for 5-6 mins.Once the cauliflower is firmly cooked, introduce the red bell pepper strips and give it a good mix gently.
