  • 1 cup Fresh green chickpeas - or frozen
  • 3 Green Chillies - adjustable
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - as required
  • Sunflower Oil - as required
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)

To begin making the Green Chana Chutney method, take a grinder jar and mix in green chana, green chillies, garlic, aqua and seasoning.

Grind the mixture in a paste.Take out the paste in a dish.

Next, mildly hot a pot and mix in the required cooking oil.Once cooking oil is scalding, mix in cumin seeds.

Let it crackle.Next, mix in curd and keep stirring.

After a minute, mix in the green chana paste and let it prepare for another 2 moments.After 2 moments, switch off the stove and the chutney is ready to offer.offer Green Chana Chutney as a side dish along with your meal of Panchmel Dal, Boondi Raita and Phulkas.
