200 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - cut into cubes
2 tablespoons Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
2 to 3 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil - to grill
1 cup Basil leaves - tightly packed
7 to 8 Walnuts
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper - to taste

To begin making the Grilled Pesto Paneer method, make a fine paste of all the fixings listed in the pesto condiment dip table using a mixer grinder and keep aside.In a big mixing bowl, introduce the paneer cubes, curd and 3 to 4 table spoon on the pesto condiment dip combine and massage it nicely with hand.Let the paneer cubes steep in this combine for an hour.
