400 grams Button mushrooms - or portabello mushrooms
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoons Black pepper powder
1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese - (adjust)
1/4 cup Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
Salt - to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - or Cooking spray as needed
