  • 3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cooking soda
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • Milk - or water to knead (if needed)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 1 teaspoon Rose Essence
