1 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs - brown bread
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 Egg white
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder - crushed
1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
Salt - to taste
