Ingredients

  • 350 grams Colocasia root (Arbi) - boiled and mashed
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Almond Meal (Badam Powder)
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) - finely chopped
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
  • 2 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
  • Whole Wheat Bread crumbs -
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking

To begin making the Arbi ke Kebab formula, make sure you have all the elements handy.We will be processing the elements for the kebab step by step.

It's ideal when you use a Food Processor, as it speeds up the process of making the kebabs.To begin, mix in the coriander leaves, almonds, green chilli, ginger and garlic into the food processor and liquidize until you get a coarse mixture. Transfer the contents in to a large mixing container.

mix in the cooked and mashed Arbi and the remaining elements except the fat and breadcrumbs.
