  • 2 cups Beetroot - grated
  • 2-3 teaspoons Ghee - or extra virgin coconut oil
  • 3 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - freshly ground
  • 1-1/2 Almond Milk (Badam Milk) - or coconut milk (freshly extracted)
  • 8 Pistachios - blanched and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Dates - (adjust)
