तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
1-1/2 कप बेसन
2 प्याज - पतला काट ले
1/2 शिमला मिर्च (लाल) - काट ले
1/2 शिमला मिर्च (पिली) - काट ले
1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
हरा धनिया - प्रयोग अनुसार (बारीक काट ले)
