1 Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) - medium sized
4 Green Chillies - slit
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
Asafoetida (hing) - a pinch
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - for tadka
1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
3 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup Water

To prepare Cabbage & Buttermilk Curry method, prep up with all the elements needed.scalding up lubricate in a Kadai on a medium flame and mix in mustard seeds.Once mustard seeds splutter, mix in asafoetida, table salt, and turmeric.mix in minced cabbage and saute for 2 moments.whiz all the elements of Buttermilk curry well with a wire fluff up, transfer them to a skillet.Let the buttermilk mixture heat to boiling point and once done, toss together it with cabbage curry and switch off the flame.accentuate with coriander and Cabbage & Buttermilk Curry method goes well with scalding chapati, phulka or plain cooked rice.
