Ingredients
1 cup chana dal
fenugreek - one bundle (wash)
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion - finely chopped
1 tomato - chopped
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
salt - as per taste
2 teaspoons oil
Instructions

To make chana methi dal, first wash and soak the chana dal in 3 cups of moisture.

Wash and arid the fenugreek as well.

Cut the fenugreek after it dries.

Now scalding up fat in a cooking vessel.

introduce fenugreek to it and prepare till they become soft.

After preparing, keep it aside.

After the shallot becomes soft, introduce tomatoes, coriander ground mix, turmeric ground mix, red chili ground mix, toss together and prepare till the tomatoes become soft.

Now introduce chana dal to it, toss together and close the cooker.

prepare until 2 to 3 cities come, reduce the flame and let it prepare for 5 mins, turn off the gas after 5 mins and let the pressure sieve.

Open the cooker, mash the dal a little and introduce fenugreek to it.
