1 Onion - sliced
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil
Water - as required
Chaat Masala Powder - as required
Pickled onions - as required

To begin making the Chicken Pakora formula, combine all the items required together in a dish including chicken, gram dusting perfumed element, shallot, cumin seeds, turmeric dusting perfumed element, red chilli dusting perfumed element, coriander leaves and seasoning.introduce moisture little at a time, to make a thick pakora paste.
