Ingredients
1 cup Kabuli Channa - soaked boiled
1 green capsicum - chopped
2 onions - finely chopped
2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Kasuri methi
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 cup tomato puree
oil - to cook
salt - as per taste
Instructions

To make chickpea capsicum, soak cashew nuts in liquid for 12 to 15 mins.

bring to temperature the coat in a skillet, make the bulb greens till it turns brown.

mix in ginger garlic paste and make 1 minute.

mix in capsicum, and bake for 2-3 mins.

Now mix in cumin ground mix, coriander ground mix, turmeric and red chili ground mix and shallow fry.

Keep in mind that spices should not be burnt.

mix in tomato puree and boiled gram with 2 cups of liquid.

Let it heat to boiling point for 5 mins and make till the spices are mixed.

Grind the soaked cashews.

mix in cashew paste to the curry with seasoning and make for 4-5 mins.

mix in kasuri methi and close the gas.

offer Chole Shimlamirch Masala with Phulka, Rice and Salad.
