2 cups Milk - (or use half milk and half cream)
1 teaspoon Mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg - grated
1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - crushed
3 tablespoons Cheddar cheese - or cream cheese (optional)
