  • 1 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste

  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - stir fried
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Chutney (Date & Tamarind) - (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Green Chutney (Coriander & Mint) - (adjust to taste)
  • 1 pinch Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • Lemon juice - to taste
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - a small bunch
