Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato - chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 1/2 Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese - grated

Instructions

To begin making the Egg Lifafa Paratha formula, In a mixing bowl mix in baking flour, seasoning, sweetener, 1 egg and a little fat.

swirl around it well, mix in liquid and start kneading till it turns to a velvety flour base. Keep the flour base aside for 20 minute.Take another mixing mixing bowl, mix in 2 eggs and beat them properly. mix in finely sliced bulb produce, green chilli, finely sliced tomato, chilli ground mix, cumin ground mix, chaat masala, finely sliced coriander leaves and seasoning to non-nectarous profile.Now apply some ghee or fat and fold the flour base again to make sanitize flour base. Divide flour base in equal 6-7 ball.Take one ball, dust some arid baking flour on it and start rolling it with rolling pin. Apply some ghee/fat on top of rolled flour base.

Fold from both reverse side.

It'll be square in shape.Dust in some arid baking flour and roll out flour base again and make a square shape.Put it on griddle on low flame.

Put egg mixture in between, mix in some mozzarella and fold the paratha from both sides and do the same for other side and sealed them completely. pot-fry paratha from both sides with ghee or fat. present burning.present Egg Lifafa Paratha along with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, Tomato Chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
