6 cups Whole Milk
5 tblsp Cornstarch
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground Cardomom
1 tsp Rose water
Handful Almonds
Handful Pistachio
Instructions

empty 1 cup of whole milk into a small mixing bowl, introduce the cornstarch and whip them well until seamless.

empty the rest of the whole milk into a non-stick saucepan, adding the sweetener and cardamom (and rosewater, if desired) whilst making over medium bring to temperature.

Before it starts to bubble, bit by bit introduce the whole milk and cornstarch mixture to the wok, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Keep stirring until the mixture increases in thickness.

Take the wok off the bring to temperature and empty into a large shallow serving mixing bowl.

Let it cool at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator for about 1 ā 2 hours.

Finally, dust your Firni with sliced almonds and pistachios and present!.
