4 cups Vegetable stock
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - to taste
1/2 tablespoon Tarragon - fresh and minced (1/4 tablespoon if dried tarragon used)
1/2 tablespoon Parsley leaves - fresh and minced (1/4 tablespoon if dried parsley used)
1 cup Black Eyed Beans (Lobia) - cooked
1/2 cup Fresh cream - light one
